- 1/2 Cup Fresh Cranberries
- 2-4 Dates Pitted, 2 dates take the edge off the tartness, but is not sweet, hubby liked it
- 24 ozs Water
- Put everything in a blender and blend till juice like, pour into a glass and Enjoy!
